Software Ideas You Can Start TODAY

the biggest push back I get from people starting a SaaS is that they don’t have an idea so I’m going to list off as many of my validated ideas as I can for you

I’ll explain why I’d choose each idea too and a brief paragraph on how I’d market it, so let’s dive into it

Astrology Software

these are CRUSHING on tik tok, they post slide show tik toks of like “the signs that are most likely to do XYZ” and the last slide is always a CTA to download their app

these apps are getting 100’s of thousands of downloads for free and they’re running a freemium model

where you put in your birthday, get maybe one insight or “reading” for free and then for more you have to pay

normally I stay away from B2C but this tik tok marketing with solid email flows to convert free users → paid would absolutely crush

it would also just be a fun thing to market and relatively easy to build on flutterflow or even with code

Twitter Auto DM Tool

I recently started using one called Drippi and it’s working awesome for me it’s getting Zappx a lot of new customers but the user interface is not very good

I’d just replicate what they’ve done with a better user interface (they need to add a mini CRM and a way to filter by lists) and you can do a mix of selling a DFY service versus the software standalone

I’d use my own twitter auto dm tool to grow the tool as well as content marketing (YT videos) cold email, and partnerships

this is a super sticky tool and it makes business owners more money so it’s a very easy sell

Linkedin Automation Tool

very similar to the twitter tool, this just automates sending connection requests and auto dm’ing people that accept

make it more affordable than options out there like expandi, better UI, and this is also an easy sell

makes business owners more money and there’s already a ton of demand for this

Tik Tok Analytics Tool

with tik tok shop exploding - softwares like fastmass(dot)com have been exploding used to

fastmoss allows you to monitor competitors, explore top performing content, find trending products to sell, find creators and more

this would explode, if you get a few creators to make videos about this software and the UGC flywheel takes off you’re set

on top of making content, doing outbound, this is also such an easy sell because it helps people make money

Content Repurposing Tool

a tool where you can paste a youtube video URL and turn it into a newsletter as well as short form clips

these are big, it saves creators time and helps them put out more content (making them more money)

this would be a easy sell and an affiliate program / referral program would crush for this among creators

Market Research Scraper

create a software that scrapes the internet (whether it’s youtube comments, blogs, forums, etc) for specific niches

helps people get business ideas, do market research, create marketing angles, etc etc

this would also help people make more money, so pretty easy sell
