there’s an under rated way to get into software.. that maybe it’s not popular because it’s a grind

but I know many people that build 1 new software idea per month (using no code) until they find one that sticks and achieves product market fit quickly

this is one of the huge pros of no code, you can ship extremely quickly to where you can build good MVP’s in a few weeks and either validate the idea or move onto the next

Deep Dive:

okay - we need to talk about organic marketing for SaaS

my friend Oliver Brocato, Founder of Tabs chocolate, got his chocolate brand to $1M per MONTH with Organic content

then he founded Study Buddy, a software to help students with homework and tests using AI

he implemented the same organic marketing strategies and 9 months later….

study buddy is at $61,395.71 in monthly recurring revenue

This shows me a few things:

1) Organic marketing CANNOT be ignored, even for software companies now

2) You need to have the proper systems set up to monetize all the traffic (proper pixel tracking to retarget traffic with ads)

3) You need a “viral loop” that incentivizes your users to share your product, to grow word of mouth marketing (to then run search ads) + have a huge affiliate program

4) Hiring Creators full time for your SaaS is the future

this type of growth is…. crazy

the old way of marketing (cold email, linkedin outbound, etc) still works, and you SHOULD do it, but it’s linear in it’s growth

content is EXPONENTIAL

doing them both together gives you the best chance at success
