you may want to start a software company

but you’ve been struggling to come up with ideas

I got you - I’m going to give you 3 ideas that you can start today for ALL budgets

so let’s break this down - if you have very little money to put towards this - you likely can’t afford to have anything complex built

and that’s okay - I would build a SaaS around fine tuning a model (or even use it to sell a service)

let me give you example #1

1) Blog Post Generator

blogs are a big part of ranking online for your search engine optimization (SEO) and SEO agencies charge THOUSANDS per month for just a few blogs (they do some other stuff too)

I paid my agency $3,000/m for Closify for 4 blogs a month

how can you capitalize on this???

first let’s identify a niche - let’s say no code software development agencies (growing space)

you find the top players in that space (Airdev, Rapiddev, etc) and you put all of their blog posts into a CSV file

you make the Headers “blog topic” “blog answer” and then you say the topic of the blog under topic and under answer you paste the blog from their website

then create an account at fynetuner.com upload the CSV and you’ll have a model that creates blog posts similar to the ones from those top dogs

now how can we make money?

1) we can sell the fine tuned model to other no code dev agencies on a subscription

2) We can sell X number of blog posts per month to no code dev agencies and you don’t tell them you’re using a fine tuned model

boom - pretty simple.

2) Ecom Customer Support Bot

we can go to ecom sites FAQ page and create a dataset off of that to create a customer support bot

same process of creating a CSV file then going to fynetuner to tune the model

then reach out to ecom owners and offer to implement the bot for a low monthly price

3) Custom Builds

This is for people with a larger buget (5k+) that maybe have a software idea and they want it built out by a professional team
