1) Credit repair SaaS

you can utilize AI and software to democratize the credit repair space and make it more affordable and accessible than utilizing a credit repair agency

the TAM is huge and people would have to stay for 3-6 months for everything to get fixed

2) Horoscope App

a major trend is astrology / horoscopes

you could run a freemium model and build people’s curiosity and then charge them a low monthly subscription for their weekly/monthly horoscopes

this would rip on tik tok

3) Niche CRM’s

big CRM companies like salesforce and hubspot are so big and hard to use that they neglect building features for anyone that isn’t their big enterprise customers

so building custom CRM’s that address a specific problem to specific niches like home service companies, realtors, lawyers, etc can do extremely well

I’ve seen many people crush it with niche CRM’s

4) Niche Hiring Platforms

sites like indeed and fiverr are a nightmare to hire from, too many options and too many people to where maybe 1 in 10 people (at best) is a decent candidate

by specializing in one niche you can quickly gain market share

like a niche hiring platform for video editors for example
