There’s nothing that gives me more energy than working with really talented people that I align with

for three years now I have been running a software development agency, I took a decent gap running it when I focused on other ventures, but this year we relaunched and only work with 2-3 projects per month

and it is a blast to not only bring someone’s idea to life, but to give them my exact playbook on how to grow it

the same playbook that:

  • acquired over 200 B2B customers at $5,000 price point in 16 months for Closify

  • Acquired me 50+ five figure dev agency clients

  • Brought Payd from 0 to 6 figure run rate in the first 30 days

  • Scaled multiple portfolio companies to thousands of users

We’ve distilled the combination of what’s worked for all of these different companies (as they are a combination of outbound, content, ads, email, UGC creators, etc) into one playbook that jumpstarts any business

and I’ve seen Colby Lyman grow his hiring platform to thousands of users and multi 6 figures in revenue, Nathan Chan get thousands of users, and it fires me up
