New year New You huh?

how those goals coming?

well we are 12 days into the new year

and around me I’m already seeing people slow down on their “resolutions”

around this time is normally where people give up

they don’t ACTUALLY want to change, they just like the idea of it

I haven’t drank in 6 weeks

I feel the best I’ve felt

I’ve made as much in January already that I made in all of December

because I have stuck to everything

no drinking, 2x workouts a day, 4 hours of deep work per day, and things have worked in my favor

build systems to keep yourself accountable

example: no phone until you work for 90 minutes

no food until you go to the gym

figure out what works for you and stick to it

embrace “risk” you’re never going to go far without taking some sort of chance

you either need to sacrifice something or reduce your desires

I’m in your corner rooting for you

but ultimately, it’s up to you.
