How to Make $100,000 ASAP

making your first $100,000 is the hardest

after that, it’s making your first million

but past that, there’s the saying, “the first million is hard as hell, the second is inevitable”

there’s two ways to make your first $100k

1) cash flow

2) exit

cash flow you need to make $8,333 per month for a year straight

and obviously that’s more than doable, you really just need to get good at a skill and have 2-3 clients paying a couple thousand a month

however, I met a guy that all he does and rinse and repeat selling micro SaaS products

he finds a validated software that’s already making money, builds it himself (indie maker) and uses outbound / content to take them to $2,000 - $5,000 MRR and then sells them for 6 figures

and he just rinses and repeats this process

and I thought this was fascinating because most people would look at a $3,000 to $5,000 a month business and laugh

but selling for a $100k+ lump sum would change most peoples lives still

and I think anyone reading this believes they could take a software to $2,000/m

at $50/mo that’s 40 customers

it’s just another interesting perspective to think about

and obviously it gets crazier if you bring it to $10,000/m… $20,000, $50,000…

then you’re talking some pretty nice money

I follow a very similar process, find a SaaS making a ton of money, find out where they drop the ball, make a similar version with a unique angle and then market it better
