I'll Build Your SaaS in Two Weeks

I’ve been building companies for almost 7 years now, which is weird to think about and I’ve been making money with those companies for 5 years now

I built up Closify to make my first million dollars almost completely from building an outbound sales team, and doing so in just about two years (here’s some proof below)

I got really good at building out CRM’s, and hiring sales people and teaching them how to do outbound sales via cold email, linkedin, and cold calling

We didn’t run any ads, I didn’t post any content outside of on Twitter, and then our only other acquisition channels were SEO and referrals

I was just a 20 year old kid that found product market fit and knew how to sell, when I exited majority of Closify in 2023, I didn’t know what to do besides talk about what I had just done

I went from 0 to 100k on Instagram in 95 days, I had a natural talent for content and specifically dumbing down complex topics to make it easier to understand

I went on to get brand deals with giant tech companies and run my own development agency, and became an advisor for a few software companies

I started playing with paid ads, content marketing, hiring creators, and more strategies I previously hadn’t done, and then I got the itch to get back into the trenches and build something new

I came up with the idea for Payd, an app that allows business owners to hire creators on a performance only basis

this time, I combined everything I knew, outbound to get business owners on, content and ads to get creators, and built partnerships and a compelling referral flywheel

the result? We hit a 6 figure run rate in our 2nd month, and then Payd was acquired in April

now, I’ve distilled everything I know into a playbook, and been testing it with some people early on, like Colby.

the result? 450 users in a matter of weeks, and nothing but positive feedback on the UI
