all businesses require three things

1) traffic (leads)

2) sales (conversion event)

3) fulfillment (provide whatever you sold)

and businesses at each stage tend to struggle with a different area, most businesses going from 0 to 10k/mo tend to struggle with traffic / not having enough leads

because they don’t have any money to spend, and so they really just have to rely on manual outreach and can’t afford the tools to scale the volume of this, so they get constrained on not having enough leads

businesses in the 10-50k per month range tend to struggle a little bit with 1 & 2, they probably could use more leads but they haven’t solidified a super solid and repeatable sales process to hire people

and business owners over 100k/mo normally have plenty of leads, but could make a ton more money quickly by reducing churn (honing in on fulfillment) and also improving their sales process

at scale, increasing your new lead to call ratio, your show rate, or your close rate, by a tiny percentage, can make a huge difference
