Fastest Path to $1M Liquid

making $1,000,000 is EXTREMELY hard

do you know what is even harder? KEEPING $1,000,000 liquid

let me break down how much a $1,000,000 per year business pays

let’s assume a 60% margin at this scale (may be lower but I’ll be generous)

$600,000 in “profit” but you won’t pay yourself 100% of what the business makes

and maybe you have a partner

and then you have taxes

at best, you’re likely paying yourself $250,000

and then paying taxes, and then you have living expenses

it will take you a WHILE to save $1m still, getting $1m liquid is extremely difficult

it’s easier to CREATE $1m in enterprise value and then realize it

now it’s not easy at all - but in my opinion, the fastest way to $1m liquid is to build a SaaS / app company to $30,000 - $50,000/mo and then selling it for a nice multiple

and not to mention, of course you still cash flow some from this, just with even more upside

the barrier to enter in SaaS has never been lower, you can use AI to build products in only weeks now…
