one of the best ways to get into software is to analyze all the softwares you use to run your business and identify which you don’t love
and then aim to build a better solution for yourself for your own internal use, chances are, you’ll then discover other people face the same problems as you and you can sell it to them

we need to talk - the landscape of online business is changing rapidly
markets are sophisticating at a rapid pace?
what does that mean? consumers and business owners are getting smarter and their levels of trust are going down
it is going to get harder for 99% of people to get into online business
the 1% though? Will absolutely clean up at this
now here’s specifically what’s changing
1) Distribution is the new moat
this is why no code softwares can sell for the same as coded softwares, tech isn’t the moat anymore
distribution is - which is newsletters, communities, etc which grow by posting content
2) One skill isn’t enough
you need to be great at one thing, and good at many
it’s not enough to just be a “copywriter” anymore in a sophisticated market
you need to also know, funnel building, how to create ecosystems
right now, to be a no code dev and just know bubble IS enough, but when the market sophisticates it won’t be
you’ll have to know Bubble AND understand product… how user interface effects churn and lifetime value
understanding how users interact with the product
3) You Must Build Ecosystems
having 1 offer isn’t enough, only 3% of leads are ever looking for a solution, out of those 1% or less is qualified for your main offer
which means you’re wasting all your other leads and losing tons of money…
you need to build out ecosystems (which almost no one is doing right now) and have a newsletter, community, trainings, that all work together
and keep in mind - this stuff needs to be super valuable, this isn’t spammy or salesly, you are HELPING people because it’s super valuable

this is high level stuff and it’s how you grow even throughout a period of contraction like the economy is in now
