Big Tech Hates Me For Sharing This

paypal mafia is after me

for a very, very long time, software has been a very difficult field to enter

we're talking, needing multiple 5 figures if not 6 figures in developer costs

6-12 months just to get your MVP off the ground

and then grinding cold email, cold calling, etc to acquire your first clients and hopefully achieve product market fit

this is why SaaS was only a "rich persons game" for so long

the barrier to entry was so high, tech moats actually still existed, etc.

software and apps are STILL the business to get into - and still sell for great multiples

but what very few people know now, and big tech won't like that I share this

software & apps are super easy, fast, and inexpensive to build now

as in, people are building them in as little as a week, for sub $300....

utilizing tools like create(dot)xyz lovable(dot)dev and bolt(dot)new

so, the tech moat is gone... what's left?

the only moat now is owned distribution, building up media assets that your company owns that can promote your app or SaaS

and utilizing bulk creators, this is seriously kind of like in 2020 when "organic drop shipping" became a thing

because no longer do you need to spend money on ads to test a product, you just make your store, make 10-30 videos, and then make a decision and either scale or move on

SaaS and apps are like this now, you can take a pre validated idea (find something you see working), add a twist to it, build it in 7-14 days with AI, and then make a bunch of organic posts, and either scale it or move onto the next idea for sub $300

CalAI is doing 800k/mo, but do you know how many similar ones are also doing 10, 20,30, 40, 50k a month now? A lot.

This is why we're launching SaaS Fast Track January 1st and going into a 30 day sprint, here's everything included:

  • A-Z video modules covering ideation, validation, building product with AI, my full content marketing playbook, cold email / linkedin / cold calling, VSL training, 4 pre built funnel templates (I paid 8k for them) + more

  • 24/7 access to me via discord

  • 2x group calls per week

  • $1,000 credit towards hiring creators through Payd

  • $200 credit with my dev team for hourly help with debugging / deploying your SaaS / infastructure

  • full behind the scenes look behind the curtain of me building Payd + case studies

if you've been on the sidelines for too long, now is the time to start to make 2025 your best year yet

best,

alex
