for a very, very long time, software has been a very difficult field to enter

we're talking, needing multiple 5 figures if not 6 figures in developer costs

6-12 months just to get your MVP off the ground

and then grinding cold email, cold calling, etc to acquire your first clients and hopefully achieve product market fit

the only moat now is owned distribution, building up media assets that your company owns that can promote your app or SaaS

and utilizing bulk creators, this is seriously kind of like in 2020 when "organic drop shipping" became a thing

because no longer do you need to spend money on ads to test a product, you just make your store, make 10-30 videos, and then make a decision and either scale or move on

SaaS and apps are like this now, you can take a pre validated idea (find something you see working), add a twist to it, build it in 7-14 days with AI, and then make a bunch of organic posts, and either scale it or move onto the next idea for sub $300

CalAI is doing 800k/mo, but do you know how many similar ones are also doing 10, 20,30, 40, 50k a month now? A lot.
