From No Code Alex: Leading the path on the no code revolution

Today’s No Code Tips n Tricks:

There’s five stages that everyone must go through in order to become wealthy and they look something like this

Stage 1: Learn a Skill

More importantly, and in demand skill, it seems self explanatory but so few people are so good at one skill that businesses are dying to work with them

so what skills are in demand? Right now becoming a No Code developer is an incredible opportunity

the demand is growing rapidly due to the no code space growing, and there’s not many no code developers in the space right now

meaning, you have the opportunity to quickly rise in the ranks as a top no code developer if you take action

Stage 2: Sell Your Skill 

Again, self explanatory, now you sell your skill as a service

you are selling YOUR time here - so now you’re charging people say $2,000 to $10,000 per no code build

to get clients I’d recommend the following: Cold Email, Linkedin outbound, and most importantly, content marketing.

Being a freelancer here will make you financially stable, you should be able to easily make 5-10k per month doing this

if you’re really good, probably even more depending how long each build takes and how much time you have (maybe you’re doing this on top of a 9-5 for example)

the whole point of this stage is to get cash in the bank, ideally 6-12 months of runway (aka you have 6-12 months of living expenses after tax in the bank)

why is this important…?

Stage 3: Sell Other People’s Time

now this is where you could take the leap

you could leave your 9-5, leave school, etc

now you have a skill, and you have deals coming in from the channels you set up (cold email, linkedin, content marketing, etc)

you’re going to scale those client acquisition channels, so send more emails, more linkedin DM’s, put out more content

then you’re going to hire No Code developers to fulfill these jobs for you

now you’re selling other people’s time

so while your profit margin will likely dip from basically 100% to likely 70% you now removed your personal time from being tied to how much money you can make

now you can get to the 30-100k/mo cash flow range (and beyond but many agencies don’t scale that far)

now you have cash flow, and a lot of money in the bank

but, running an agency is often an operational headache (I can count on one hand how many people I know enjoy running an agency and have run one for over 2 years)

so what’s next?

Stage 4: Start a More Leveraged Business

By more leveraged I mean one of two things (ideally both)

the fulfillment is detached from anyones time (software, ecommerce, info products)

has large exit multiples (software)

With software, the code (or no code) is the fulfillment, it takes 0 hours of human time once it’s built for the software to operate (of course bugs occasionally pop up but less with no code)

so now you can focus on marketing and bringing in new customers without having to worry about making new hires to keep up with fulfillment

and on top of that, with each $1 in profit you bring in you’re creating $5-$10 in equity value

meaning if you get your software to just $100k/yr profit, you can sell that for $500k fairly conservatively

and you already have the skill sets to do that, customer acquisition isn’t much different from when you were getting clients to your agency

oh by the way, if you went this exact route I said and have a no code dev agency, you can just pump out your own projects (what I’m doing)

so you grow your software for a few years, and then you exit it and get your big lumpsum

now what?

Stage 5: Use Money to Buy Income

now it’s time to use your money to buy more income streams, letting your money do all the work

like buying an existing profitable company and hiring an operator to run it

buying rental properties

putting money into a fund or syndicate

this is where you start to get truly wealthy

this is what’s next for me, and it’s taken almost 5 years to get here

but these in my opinion are the 5 steps to wealth
